Our company offer comprehensive service solutions to control and monitor the Particulate Material (MP) to control dust emission from unpaved roads, crushers, stockpiles and other industrial process. Our solutions reduce dust control costs and infrastructure maintenance costs; optimizing the use of water and additives under the highest standards of safety, quality and environmental impact.

Samuel Toledo
President
Senior BBA, MSC. Finance and Marketing, University Adolfo Ibanez, Santiago, Chile. Certificate in Canadian Business for International Experienced Professionals, York University. Certificate in Haul Road Design and Operational Benchmarking. Samuel has over five years’ experience developing and commercializing sustainable solutions toward Mining Industry, negotiating contracts with mining companies, hiring personnel, managing logistics, project financing and managing contracts cash flows. Prior, ABC DUST, Samuel has more than ten years of technology management and transfer consulting experience with Universities and Research facilities. In the past he served as head of projects of the foundation community Europa-Chile, in charge of the implementation of the node’s link to innovation in Chile of the European network, supporting several companies to develop projects of technology transfer between Europe and Chile. Also, Samuel worked supporting the formation of new technology-based companies and negotiating with potential investors, in Octantis business incubator, at the Adolfo Ibáñez University. Samuel has strong interpersonal skills, strategic analysis, negotiation and teamwork, with experience in shaping projects of innovation applied industrial applications.
Rafael Toledo
Operation Manager
Senior Civil Engineer (Construction & Roads), Master of Administration of Construction Projects degree and Master’s degree in Engineering from the Pontificia Universidad Catolica, Santiago, Chile. Certified in Haul Road Design and Operational Benchmarking. Rafael has experience administering large Mining contracts for Dust Suppression & soil stabilization in Chile, Colombia, Ecuador and Bolivia. Rafael, previous experience, includes providing consulting and management services in the field of sustainability and energy efficiency for international construction projects. Its services consisted of delivering support to the pre-development and design phases, prospecting and evaluating technologies and suppliers for the design and modelling of sustainability and energy efficiency of the projects. Additionally, has significant experience working as a consultant in Zafiro Consultoria, advising technology companies, research centres and new companies “start-ups”. Before Zafiro Consultoria, Rafael working two years at Microsoft Chile doing Business Developing management, where he developed strong partnerships strategy planning and engagement skills to lead and develop the commercialization channel and deliver high end customized Management Solutions Systems.
Carolina Valenzuela
Contracts and Project Administration
A Bachelor in Business Administration from Diego Portales University, Santiago, Chile, Certified Coach in Leadership. Carolina oversees the administration of the company, and focus on the coordination, accreditation and execution of contracts and purchase orders with clients, ensuring ABC Dust clients receive excellent service. Carolina brings to the team great problem-solving skills, as well as outstanding leadership, organization, planning and teamwork capacities. Carolina has experience working, coordinating and overseeing dust control and soil stabilization projects on site.
Miriam Lusk
Research Advisor
Ph.D. Struc. Engineer Kansas University – Ing. Civil Construction
Miriam earned a Ph.D. in specialized in nanomaterials micro-mechanic resistance for transportation and bridges at Kansas University. Miriam has over five years of experience in materials research and development for roads. Prior, to work as a researcher, Miriam worked as a construction civil engineer, designing and building houses and buildings. Miriam provides and oversees ABC Dust research projects whereas cost-efficient materials are blended and tested under different stress conditions to determine its best application for dust control and soil stabilization.
Eric De la Goublaye de Menorval
Automatization & Optimization Specialist
Electronic Engineer, Santa María University, Intel Alumni, Founders Institute Graduated
Eric is a laureated Electronic Engineer and Entrepreneur, with over ten years of experience as an INTEL engineer, where he oversaw software-hardware platforms development, data capture and analysis for business and industrial process optimization. Eric has developed over 12 hardware-software platforms and applications in a wide range of industries, integrating sensors and industrial equipment in remote sites.
Gustavo Barjas
Research Advisor
Ph.D. Chemistry, M.Sc. Polymers Physics and Chemistry, University of Concepción, Chile, Chemistry Engineer, University de la Habana. Gustavo oversees the formulation of new Dust suppressant and soil stabilization chemical products, blending and testing different compounds. Gustavo advises ABC Dust on quality control procedures and scales up chemical manufacturing. Gustavo has over 12 years of experience developing and launching chemical products, quality control and production. Prior, working with ABC Dust, Gustavo worked for agro-chemical and chemicals companies, whereas he was in charge of new products development and quality controls.

Positions to be filled are either based in Quebec City, or in Santiago, Chile. We prefer candidates with five years’ experience, but always open to brilliant enthusiast graduates with less than five years’ experience. Master’s degrees are an asset as well as oral and written fluency in French and Spanish.
