DMS-Cannons: Controlled applications

DMS-Cannons is the ABCDust high-range cannon line for dust control, odor control, and fire fighting in industrial processes such as mining, landfills, construction, and forestry industry. Our cannons can be programmed and controlled via remote control or on-line, enhancing water and energy savings while increasing their performance.Controlled multiple applications 

Our cannons have sprinklers that generate drops of 25 to 100 microns and an ejection capacity of 50, 100, 150, 250 and 500 meters and oscilate up to 340 degrees. Among the options delivered is to add additives for dust control, fire retardation, and enzymes to treat odor problems.

Our cannons can be installed in fixed or mobile form, they can also be raised in reinforced towers to gain height.

ABCDust’s cannons are manufactured in Northamerica and Europe under high quality standards and customized to our clients needs to meet your site needs. Our cannons incorporate the following technologies:

– Flow and water droplet atomisation control: which maximises the versatility, accuracy and efficiency of the fog generated by the cannon for different applications (demolitions, mining, ports, landfills, recycling facilities, construction, etc)

– Automation and remote control: for greater personnel safety, our cannons can be programmed and controlled remotely and online. They can also be programmed according to the wind conditions and activity levels for greater efficiency.

– High distance range: Our cannons offer a wide range from 50 meters to 500 meters distance.

– Versatility and easy to use: Our cannons can be towed, installed in a tower, or used as a mobile unit, as well as attached to front loaders equipments

Our cannons are 100% compatible with our Dust Master Systems (DMS) and Enzymes wihtout blocking sprinklers.
